Chocolate

Chocolate is used for the production of classic bars, the manufacture of sweets, three-dimensional figures, decorative elements, for coating dried fruits, marshmallows, soufflés, cheeses, ice cream and other confectionery and flour products. 

Chocolate is also added as a filler to pastries, sweets and cakes.

Chocolate contains more than 1500 shades of flavor.

Dark chocolate has a pronounced, astringent taste. 

Milk chocolate has a softer flavor palette.

White chocolate is very delicate, has a pleasant creamy vanilla taste.

We offer chocolate packed in kraft bags with a net weight of 25 to 35 kg (drops)

Shelf life of chocolate: dark – up to 18 months, white – up to 12 months.
