Differs in a more plastic consistency, high dispersion, fast crystallization.
We offer ice cream glaze with packaging in plastic buckets with polyethylene inliner or without polyethylene inliner of 20-22 kg weight.
Shelf life of ice cream glaze: 12 months dark, 10 months white.
