In order to ensure product quality control, Trading and manufacturing company “Stimul” has implemented and maintains a food safety management system that provides control at all stages of the food chain, at any point in the production process, as well as storage and sale of products where there is a possibility of a hazardous situation.
To confirm the applied system, the company’s management decided to undergo international certification under the FSSC 22000 scheme – a reliable, independently managed scheme for certification of food safety management systems.
On the way to FSSC Trading and manufacturing company “Stimul” implemented HACCP principles, developed ISO 9001:2015 documents, underwent an audit and received a certificate from the International Center of Halal Standardization and Certification. During the audit, experts assessed the entire technological process of manufacturing products from the purchase of raw materials to packaging of finished products. The result was the certificate confirming that personnel, production process, equipment, technical documentation, warehouses, raw materials and ingredients allow to manufacture products in accordance with the requirements of the HALAL-PPT-SMR standard.
The UK certification body SOCOTEC CERTIFICATION INTERNATIONAL was selected as FSSC auditor. A company that has been providing management system assessment and accredited ISO certification
