Chocolate coating

Chocolate coating is used while manufacturing of sweets, 3D figurines, decorative elements, for coating dried fruits, marshmallows, souffles, cheese curds, ice cream and other confectionery and flour products. 

The composition of the chocolate coating includes the following ingredients: cocoa butter equivalent, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, cocoa powder, emulsifier, flavoring.

The chocolate coating can be with the addition or without dry dairy products.
