Launch of temperature-stable drops production

TMC Stimul has launched the production of temperature-stable drops of chocolate and glaze on an industrial scale.

Temperature-stable drops are used in the production of flour confectionery as decoration and filling. The drops have a diameter of 3 to 5 mm, withstand baking temperature in the product up to + 200°C, without losing its shape in the product and do not color it.

The range includes temperature-stable drops of milk and dark chocolate and glaze.
