They are made from sugar, cocoa powder (not used in white fillings), special-purpose fats, dry dairy products, emulsifier, flavoring. They have a delicate texture.
The filling is ready for use after heating to 32 ° C, after cooling it remains soft, plastic, not hardening or crystallizing. In addition, the filling does not need to be tempered.
We offer fatty fillings packed in plastic buckets with a polyethylene liner, net weight from 10 to 20 kg.
Shelf life of fat-containing fillings: 10-12 months.
