Fruit and berry fillings are used in confectionery and bakery production, cooking, in the manufacture of dairy desserts. Recommended for the production of rolls, muffins, croissants, pies, puffs, biscuits and other confectionery products. They are intended both for baking together with the product and for sandwiching, filling and decorating already baked products.
Fruit and berry fillings are made from applesauce, boiled with sugar, food pectin, food acids, flavors, dyes, starch syrup. The content of dry matter in fruit and berry fillings is 55-70%.
When baking, fruit and berry fillings can withstand loads up to 240° C.
We offer fruit and berry fillings with packaging in plastic buckets with polyethylene inliner bags of net weight from 10 to 15 kg.
Shelf life of fruit and berry fillings: 8 months.
