FSSC 22000 is a contemporary tool for organization and control of food safety designed to resolve issues set not only by manufacturers and suppliers, but by consumers as well.
Following the global tendencies in the area of food safety, TMC Stimul made a decision on implementation of requirements of the FSSC 22000 certification system at its production facilities. Employee training was organized as a first stage.
We selected the Alyans Educational Center of Moscow as a provider; the course lecturer was its leading expert Dianova Natalia.
During the three days the students studies the requirements of FSSC 22000 regarding:
– zoning and stream-lining; planning of routes;
– engineering systems;
– control of cross-product contamination;
– personal hygiene and personnel health;
and many more topics.
Theoretical knowledge obtained during the training was supplied by many practical examples from the best practices in the area of food safety.
The optimization of manufacturing processes based on obtained knowledge, consolidation of the learned principles and new training stages are to come.
